Cabbage Rolls

My past time favorite meal is cabbage rolls. I miss not eating them and I think it would be awsome if there was a raw version that could taste even 40% like the actual thing. Has anyone come up with a raw version? :p

I have made them in the past. I used soaked walnuts for the meat combined in the processor with diced onion, celery, sea salt, cumin and chili powder. I used cauliflower diced into rice and filled my cabbage leaf with it and the meat mixture then rolled it up. I made marinara sauce and spooned over my cabbage rolls and dehydrated for a couple of hours. They are really good even if you dont dehydrate them.

I just purchased 2 heads of califlower and i have a few walnuts i will try this, i may not wait till tomorrow i may try this NOW!:D :D
