Are itchy watery eyes, and rashes symptons of detox?

Yes, those are both detox signs. When I went raw I had burning eyes. It was my tears. Any time I got tired and yawned tears would come out and the tears felt like acid. It only lasted a few days but gosh was it annoying. Thankfully it only happened when I was really tired and yawning.
