i'm going to establish a habit in myself to exercise daily. i think what would help me is to establish consistency in when I exercise, what I do before and after, and things to do or think about when exercising.

what are your habits surrounding exercise?
what is it about your routine that works for you?

do you do it first thing in the morning? do you treat yourself with something like a cup of tea afterwards? how do these habits help you?
