Hey everyone. I'm going down to Miami at the end of the month. I know of a few places such as the Wild Oats on Alton rd., they carry a whole case dedicated to glaser farms! Besides that I'm going to finally check out the raw foods street market and whatever else there is in Coconut Grove on Saturday. Where exactly is it? Grand and Margaret st.? Do you know what time it starts, can I take the bus from south beach?? Maybe someone has a link or lives here that can help. Also I remember reading a thread on here about a raw restaurant in downtown Miami. Any info on that? Thanks :D

I live in Miami. I don't know of any raw restaurants and there is just a bare minimum of vegetarian ones mostly owned by Rastafarians. Tracy Fleming and Stan Glaser can help you get there. Call, the number is in the title. Also you can call the city transit system to find out how to bus there on Saturday's. I used to work for Glaser in the office years ago and served raw pie at the farmers market. They have a great following and there is alot of independent vendors hookin up great raw dishes out there. They open around 10 am-until sunset, sometimes after. It's wonderful. If you have any more questions: jahoilett@yahoo.com

Thanks for the info jah. I just called. After hearing about all the delicious dishes they offer from the woman on the phone, I'm excited to check out the farmer's market at Coconut Grove. Thanks also spicyfull for the nice message.:)
