I'd like to put it into fitday but don't know how to work it out. I strain the pulp and only use the milk.

I'm using about 1/4 cup almonds to 1/5 cups of water.

Thanks ahead of time if anyone can point me in the right direction.

Just keep in mind that in the links posted, the recipe does not strain the milk. So the nutritional info is for almond milk with all the pulp in it. At least that's what it appears to me. :)

Thanks so much. Yes, I imagine that the data would be quite different as far as fat content with the milk strained.

Thanks again :)

Do you think with the soyquick nutmilk maker-which strains the pulp totally (pretty much) it would be a LOT less fat?
Is the fat in the pulp only?
thanks
