Petals, Carmella's soup in the photo only section (page 3) just reminded me of a soup of yours that I was drooling over in your blog. Can you share your technique... how did you get the coconut into noodles? They look JUST LIKE noodles, are you sure that's coconut???? LOL! But seriously, any time I've cracked open a young coconut the meat is so hard to get out and it comes out in pieces. I couldn't imagine a big enough piece to actually make those kinds of noodles. BTW.. your cherry pudding is top on my list to try... I dream about that pudding mmmmm...
