Mushroom Gravy?

Ok. Why can't I figure out the banana anymore. I am having a heck of a time searching the new site.. my searches come up empty far too often.:o

I'm looking for a basic mushroom gravy recipe to go with cauli-mashed potatoes... Thing is, I'm fasting right now, but doing some on-the-side personal chef-ing for a sibling, and I won't be able to taste as I go along, so I'm hoping someone has a tried, tested and true recipe they could share or suggest???

I was thinking miso and nut milk blended with mushrooms and spices, but without being able to taste, I'm concerned that it would taste *blech*

The 'nanner is A search, a more detailed search. Or it could be a more detailed search. Where it says key words? Just type in what you are looking for. I find it easier just using the search in the greenbar up top.
