It's Russell's lasagna modified only slightly. Let me know if you need the link to the recipe.

FYI, I changed it by using one orange pepper and cashews for the cheese... and put the spinach layer on top of the last zucc layer instead of under it.

Beckla, that looks so good! Congratulations to you! I printed out this recipe weeks ago, and I have yet to get up the courage to make it! I think I'll work on getting all the items together this week! Thanks for the encouragement!

Absolutely! I was blown away by how EASY it was. My first time using my brand new mandolin slicer... it was fun!

This looks awesome. I've never made a lasagna.......*smacking self*.....can you dehydrate it? To warm it up, make it more "cooked" like?

we ate it cold, but I plan to try dehydrating a slice or two to see how it's different.

For me, it is very filling. I could only eat 1/2 a slice last night... not a complaint! I have a slice in the dehydrator now.
