If you use or have used spirulina, would you point me to the very best you know? I would like to purchase from a reputable source of high-quality. I do not want tablet form.

Would this be like a green powder? IF so, do you mix it with water or other liquids to drink it? I was thinking of getting some, just not sure how to "take" it. thanks.

Yes, it's an awesome blue/green powder. I put mine in my morning fruit smoothies. It has a faint, faint sea taste, but the smoothies disguise it. The reason I know because I tasted the powder.
I love it!

U R welcome. I think a lot of folks make a mistake and try stuff either alone in water (UGH), that gives me the willies just thinking of that, or in a drink that it would taste disgusting in. The color is like the deepest depth of the ocean. It is the prettiest blue green I have ever seen!

What do you know for sure it has done for you?
As well, if you stopped taking this, what do you notice?

If you have any recommendations on dosage, I'd like that as well. I know the general recommendation is to start with a teaspoon per day;
And if you know at what dosage would be a maintenance and what would be a healing dose, that would be helpful.

If you know of any curative effects, I'd like to know that as well. Has it healed any specific ailments?

I would get abnormally tired after taking spirulina, not like detox tired but food allergy tired. I wasn't surprized it was on the avoid list of foods for blood type A people. Not like I'm real strict about eating for my blood type but I do think there's something to that. So I don't do it.

Thanks, Vegan4Life. Five tablespoons sounds like way too much per day; and manufacturers (from those I've read) don't even suggest that much.
