Alissa has one in her cookbook. I haven't tried it and I don't know if it is close to what you are looking for but here it is:

You just blend everything in a blender -
1/2 large cucumber
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup fresh dill weed
1/2 lemon juiced
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt

This version is recommended with falafels

Here are a few I have found, you may need to modify as they may not be exactly what you're looking for:

Fabulous raw Greeky cucumber dip, goes with everything
Ingredients:
2 cups seed or nut yogurt
I fresh regular cucumber (or 1/3 - 1/2 English)
1 pinch fresh chopped dillweed (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
4 cloves garlic, pressed
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Vinegar
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Directions:

Grate the cucumber or chop very fine.
Strain cucumber tightly using a cloth, or press into a mesh strainer with a spoon until liquid free.
Mix "dry" cucumber and other ingredients together.
Taste.
Correct seasoning.
Stop eating occasionally to notice whatever else is going on around you
