Hi, I was looking at the sproutpeople website, because I've seen it in so many threads now (this is my third hour straight reading threads here!!)

Ok- here's the problem. I had to ask my mom what sprouts were, to which all I got was "remember alfalfa sprouts I used to put on my sandwhich?" So I was looking at the starter kit... I didn't see anything about it coming with an instruction book? Also, I bet if I did figure out what to do with them, I wouldn't know how to eat them... do you just put them on top of salads and such? Seems like a stupid question, lol... but I'm cluless. Half the stuff I read on here, I've never even heard of. :o
