Hey, Petals!
I was wondering...what kind of dehydrator do you have? I thought I saw it in a pic of some cookies you made. It didn't look plastic & that's what I want. Would you mind sharing some info & a link if you have it? TIA!!!

I'm not Petals but I'm pretty sure she's got an Excalibur which is made of plastic.

Someone did post about a dehydrator made of stainless steel a while back so perhaps it would show up on a banana search.

Alissa is talking stainless steel for her new invention--the dehydrator. She hasn't given us all the details but surely she will.

Oh! So, Alissa is going to sell a stainless steel dehydrator in the near future? If that is the case, then I will hold out for that one! Will it be on her website? Does anyone know how soon it might be on the market? Thanks!

Last I read here it is in the prototype mode and we are offering suggestions to Alissa on color, etc. She didn't have a date yet on the unveiling of it, so until we hear further when she posts we are clueless. It is supposed to be one of a kind and separated from the others on the market. Yes stainless steel. Shall be exciting. I do have an Excalibur. I use it occasionally but I am glad I own it for several years. It's the 9 tray. I'm sure when it's done and ready for sales it will be on her website too, but here she talks to us so may be best to stay tuned over here to hear from Alissa as she writes to us this way.

There are many recipes you can make without it.
