sea salt flush uniodized?

Is regular sea salt okay for master cleanse of flush or do you use uniodized kind?

Kind of intimated by it!

You want uniodized, and also make sure that it is just sea salt. Table sea salt has an anticaking agent, which makes it really difficult to drink down without gagging.
