2 months.

What a difference. Clear skin. Down three ... three!! .... pant sizes now. People are noticing the difference left and right - both in my physique and my demeanor. My husband has been raw about 2 weeks. He's lost 10 pounds and rediscovered the gym.

Life is good. =)

Thanks so much everyone. Sorry for gushing, but after feeling like a sloth for a long time, it's incredible to hear compliments and just, generally, to feel ALIVE again.

A co-worker just said to me "you need to get new jeans. those are too loose on you."

They ARE new. Got them 2 weeks ago. Grin.

Congratulations! I love the jean comment! Right now I wearing a pair of jeans that is falling down below my hips and it is a pair of pants I couldn't even fit into before I was raw! Yeah for Raw!!!!
