I drink a cup of carrot juice every morning for breakfast

Usually a large green smoothie
Sometimes orange/grapefruit juice and then the green smoothie
Or a green drink including lots of carrot juice!

Same here. I either have a large frozen fruit smoothie with Spirulina in it, or sometimes chocolate mylk. And then feast on fruits up until lunchtime.

Mornings when I am at home for breakfast- I lounge with a 24-32 oz GREEN smoothie. But on days when I have to be out the door at the same time as my kids--- I dash out with a couple of banana's sometimes with a little smear of coconut oil-yummy!:D

Plain fruit. This morning I had half of a giant honeydew melon that a friend gave me.

I eat a fruit smoothie. Fruits depend on the season.
Mangos are starting to ripen so this week I made a smoothie with:
- water from one coconut
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 to 1 mango
- a 1 in. frozen peice of coconut meat.
YUMMY. This has also been my dinner for the week. :D

I call it pink passion pudding because it turns into the most beautiful dark pinkish tint!
Mixed berries
1/2 avocado
apple
2-3 dates
water
Process and devour! mmm!

I often drink cucumber and carrot juice first.
About a half hour later I have a green smoothie along with a powdered form of some powerful Chinese food grade herbs added to it.
If I am still hungry I will eat more fruit.
Usually I cut up a bowl of fruit.... this morning it's:
1 fuji apple
1 Asian pear
1 mango
2 kiwis
1 lg banana
meat of 1 young coconut
topped with hemp and pumpkin seeds

Depends. Sometimes a smoothie (well, most times); sometimes just fruit (if I have any, cantelope is a favorite fruit for breakfast); sometimes I have a strong craving for a salad and that's what I'll fix; sometimes oatmeal (semi-raw...the oat groats are said to be not truly raw); sometimes raw cereal I make in the dehydrator with nut milk poured on; sometimes it may be something I pull out of the dehydrator.
This morning, I'm currently eating apples with almond butter and raisins! :D
So guess the answer is...pretty much whatever I'm in the mood for :p

i usually start w/ a glass of lemon water but this morning i had a big glass of pulpy orange juice w/ goji berry water. Now i am at work munching on some raw oatmeal w/ soaked goji berries and a little maca powder very satisfying, but i cant wait to go the store and get some more greens for smoothies!

like others, it depends for me. but usually fruit til noon for me. I just polished off a big serving of fruit... pineapple, watermelon, grapefruit. DELIC.

I normallly eat fruit, but lately I have been making fruit smoothies... the pink passion pudding sounds great! I'm going to give that a go this morning!!:D

I get this muesli from the raw bakery and it's delish! I soak about 3 tbs overnight. Then add some fruit and alittle nut milk in the morning. It's very filling and keeps me going all morning.

well, for the past week or more I've been having fresh juice and then nothing until lunchtime. before that, usually a fruit smoothie, sometimes a green smoothie, and on occasion raw cereal with nut milk.
