Hello hellO!
My name is Paul & I'm from Singapore! I've been on and off the raw bandwagon for several months now, ever since doing a water fast in April of '06. I've doing a little better lately with help from Alissa's book - today marks day 23 of 100% raw!
I love all sorts of outdoor stuff and preparing raw cuisine! Lately I've been making batches of Igor's live flat bread and its really fun :D
Its awesome to have an online support group, and I'm especially looking forward to meet some raw fooders in Singapore so I can have my first raw pot luck as well!
