Sesame Tahini???

I was at the health food store today and ran across sesame tahini. Said it was raw. What do you use this for?

I use it to make salad dressing... Mmmmmmmm... :)

oh my my

dip carrots, celery, & veggies in it
make raw hummus
salad dressings
spread on celery & top w/ raw olives (heavenly snack)
spread on raw breads and crackers..

i loove tahini
