Got to thinking I got T-Tapp total in the mail Monday and have done the walking routine and the basic/basic plus so far and Im hooked. NOW Ill tell you I suck at continuing with workout routines but Im sitting here contimplating selling/trading off all my other workout tapes and keeping just my T-Tapp because Im already hooked literally.

Im not the most cordinated person and I couldnt keep with the rhythm at some points esp with a toddler wiggling through my legs LOL But I can only imagine Ill "get it" the more I do it.

Defiently feel like things got worked and my stomach and back was a bit sweaty so things must have had a workout ;) and it was over before I knew it really ... so thats a benefit

Do you T-Tapp ... how long ... and what are your results??

I plan on doing a 30day bootcamp along with 30 day raw challenge and sooo curious to see what the end of March results will be ;)

www.t-tapp.com :)

I had seen it mentioned on a differenet site over a year ago and then off and on... but didnt think more seriously about trying it til recently because its quite spendy imo but I ended up buying a used "set" from someone on the parenting board I frequent so I saved a little $

take a peek :) I know others have mentioned they do ttapp here - probably put it in the wrong forum to get the most views lol oh well ...

hoping others will pipe in and say how it helped them one way or another, how many inches it helped them lose in x amount of time lol

I have lots of inches and lbs to lose so Im excited to see what March brings for me since Im going to do a "bootcamp" everyday routine of ttapp ontop of 100% raw 30day challenge

Jody, a 30 day bootcamp is WAY too much for you. A bootcamp is anywhere from 4-14 days then a full 2 days of rest (no exercise of any kind). More than that will backfire on you, and I speak from experience! Your body will hold onto inches instead of losing them! T-Tapp works your body in ways unlike any other type of workout.

Listen to your body as you workout, particularly while doing the 30 day raw challenge. If you start feeling worn out or like you're coming down with something/detoxing, take a day or two off! That being said, the basic workout (the 15 minute one) is safe to do everyday, but even I don't do it everyday. Always take one day off each week to allow your body to heal.

If you have any other questions, please let me know.

thanks for your input ... I was only planning on doing a 15min workout or the walking away the inches each day .... maybe I thought of the wrong thing? I just got the dvds on Monday so I havent even gotten to view it all, maybe her bootcamp is the 45min or something? I was only aiming for 15 each day .. that walking one really worked my lower half and thats were I rrrreeally need it!!

I defiently will be listening to my body forsure I just know myself I need to do something everyday even if its 10-15mins in order for it to become habit forming ... if I let it slide 1 day I tend to let it slide 2 ..... from my own experience

Ill defiently take your input and advice and listen to what my body says to do though - as I truly dont know what to expect I havent had much detoxing yet so Im sure Ill be experience a full range of different things soon

Obviously I dont want it to backfire on me lol now that would be discouraging ;)

Thanks! :)

Jody...just wondering how your "boot camp" went, doing the 15 minutes per day? I plan to start up the Basic Workout Plus again, although I can tell I need to take it easy with my new pregnant body. I did a bunch of T-Tapp towards the beginning of the year, but slacked off once I got pregnant & didn't feel so well in March or so.

I'd love to hear what your results were, though! Especially since I am not able to do the 45 min. one right now - I'm always eager to hear what people got from doing just the 15 min. per day.
