Isn't she though? As February comes to an end and I have to turn to another gorgeous picture on her calendar, it makes me realize what a talented woman she is. Not only w/her photography, but her creations.
Good job my friend! ;)

This recipe looks great. Does anyone know if you can subsitute the brazil nuts for another kind of nut? Are raw brazil nuts hard to find?
I'm sure you can sub almonds. My health food store sells Brazil Nuts but they come in a bag. It isn't something that they offer loose in bulk like the other (more common) nuts. Ask at your health food store, if they don't have them I'd try almonds.

Morn, my HFS always has them in stock, even the small HFS in town, should not be hard to find. :) Mmmmmm... love brazils!

These pancakes look so great! But I am allergic to bananas and almonds.:(
Does anyone have any ideas what I can substitute? I know I can make a different nut milk, but what could replace the bananas?
Thanks!!
