Fruits and veggies rule!!:)
Vitamins may be better than nothing but not the optimal choice. It could very well depend on brands...but raw is so nutritional one doesn't need a supplement if you are eating a balanced diet.

They concluded "the public health consequences may be substantial'' with 10-20 per cent of Western adults swallowing vitamin supplements regularly in the belief that they're preventing disease.
