A close friend and I started a partial juice fast yesterday. I will have juice all day until dinner, where I wil have a small, veggie salad. Then sometime in the middle, on March 14 I will do a 10 day juice only fast....and then continue with juice and small salads until April 7th.
Yesterday was REALLY HARD!! I had a headache all day, and woke up with one this morning. Drinking water already this morning and PRAYING for relief.
