Good day to all

Hailing from Miami FL and still it's like 73 degrees... I love the tropics. We're picking carambola in February. I am new to this forum. It's really awesome how consistently supportive you are toward each other. (inspired me to join in the love) I'm on my 4th attempt at the raw food lifestyle. Cheer me on guys! Love the food. Lots of experience. But a serious addiction to cook starches. "Emotional habit" This I am choosing to conquer with a 21 day cleansing transformational fast, on the Master Cleanser. Why 21? They say it takes 21 days to create a new habit. With this fast I am breaking the emotional tie I have to food, which, is part of my breakthrough/crossover process. So wish me the best. And for all those who pray...Pray for me, please.

Live the Life You Love ;)

Welcome, and good luck with your fast! I'm not jealous of your 73 degrees...it's got up to 32 and feels wonderful here :)
