Can you get benefits from wheatgrass pills?

I am in the process of packing up my house to move, so I dont want to start growing wheatgrass until I move. I have just started to take wheatgrass pills. Will I get any benefits from taking the pills? If so from someone who takes the pills what benefits have you seen? Is there a place online you an buy it already grown?

if you do, let us know please. (take the pills). I"m getting really interested in wheatgrass after seeing a little clip about it and how people were making a face mask out of the juice and it tightened their skin and left them glowing!

can you buy some? I know at my grocery store you can buy it in small amounts.
