Today is Day 7. I have been having diarreha since day 4. I go about 10-15 times a day. My stomach hasn't stopped grumbling since I started this fast. I can't figure it out. I haven't had 1 bite of food in 7 days. My juice is strained thru a fine mesh seive and then thru 3 layers of cheese cloth, so I can't imagine that this is from too much pulp. Usu. the hunger goes away after 3 days or so, but it's not. My stomach and intestines are rumbling constantly. It's so bad that I skipped yoga tonight 'cause I didn't think I'd be able to stay in the room for a whole hour and my noises would be quite noticeable during meditation. :(
Anyone have any clue as to what's going on here? Also, I must add, that I usu suffer from mild-moderate constipation. Even when 100% raw and watching my nut-intake. I've NEVER had diarreha in any of my previous 4 fasts, infact quite the opposite-I had to use senna tea AND enemas daily in all my other fasts.
I don't MIND it, but I can't seem to get into the "comfortable" phase of fasting. You know, where fasting is easy and enjoyable and peaceful. I'm even sleeping on the couch because we don't have a bathroom on the floor my bedroom is on. I miss my hubby! HELP! :p
