Raw cookie dough

I used to love raw cookie dough, and last night I was craving something a little sweet, so I took some pecans, raw honey, vanilla, cinnamon, maca and coconut butter - blended it all in the food processor. I then took soaked almonds and added it (pulsed it so there would be chunks), along with raw cocao nibs. (I also added a pinch of celtic sea salt). When I took a spoonfull, it reminded me exactly of raw cookie dough! Yummy:)

I really used to love cookie dough, I'd hardly ever bake the dough, I used to love cake mix all blended up too, who needs cake? or cookies, when you have the dough?

Mmmmmmmm, raw cookie dough......have to try your recipe! This is what I LOVE about RAW.......you can't go wrong if you dehydrate or NOT. FUN FUN FUN :)
