Does anyone have a recipe that could replicate the white chocolate taste? I've seen the regular chocolate mousse recipes, but was curious if anyone had come close with white.

Yallo,
Sheryl of Raw Pleasure Australia has a white chocolate goji cacao chip slice on here. Search the banana.
Also search shazzies website for a white choc recipe.
Also on the raw pleasure australia website, there is a recipe, I know coz I gave it to Sheryl.
Sorry I don't remember from scratch.
Carla.

Did you know you could buy raw white chocolate? It is called raw cacao butter.
I believe Alissa sells it now.
Best,

Hello,
I'm sorry to disillusion you, but cocoa butter is NOT white chocolate. The key ingredient of white chocolate is cocoa butter, which you can get raw, but white chocolate always has in it vanilla, and you can get vanilla beans ( the raw versions will also have mesquite, and sometimes a little maca) along with light agave for sweetener.
The raw versions will also have raw cashews to substitute for milk powder.
Like I said, it would be great if cocoa butter was white chocolate but sadly it's not. To get the flavour that you are looking for you should check the recipe sources that I posted earlier. Out of respect of Alissa's wishes I won't post the websites here.
Good luck,
Carla.
