Hello Everyone,

I am new to this site, but have read a lot of the posts. I am finding a lot of information about diet & well being. I came upon joining this site because I want to get in better shape, and a boring day at work. I am 46 years old male, I used to be in a lot better shape, but as it stands now, I am 5'9 and wiegh about 200lbs. I regularly run on the treadmill at the gym, 2 miles (@17-20 min) and work out every other day. I am just not where I want to be. I want to get down to 180-185. I also have been giving consideration to the Colonics that everyone has been talking about but am reluctant. Thinking that guys jsut dont do those thing:o I guess chalk it up to ignorance.
I have a lot of questions about the colonics & about becoming a raw food person.
