Adding pictures to blogs

How do I add pictures to blogs? Not links... all I'm gettin are links.

Here is my attempt for one.

Hi Snow...

I've just tried a couple of different ways, and I can't get it to take a photo. Only making a link to a photo. It's not taking HTML either, just showing the HTML code...

Soooo... I'm thinking it's not set up to allow it. From what I can see, you can only put one photo into the "photo url" spot when making a new entry or editing an entry. But you can't put additional photos into the body of the message.

Bummer.

Maybe admin will come along and confirm this for us.

I figured it out!!

When you normally have the saved image address it looks like this:
http://images22.fotki.com/v518/photos/9/948943/4521560/Completedmeal-vi.jpg?1172449793

Take off those numbers and "?" at the end. Let me know if that works for you. =]

And... I had about 4 in my blog too... so i think the number isn't really set. :D

At least... it worked when I clicked on "preview changes"
Now its not. I'm confused.

ah, i didn't know this. now i see--

you can post one picture- there's a spot to do it below your post. but if you want to add it in and show the image somewhere else in your post- you will only get a link to that image.

i look forward that photo fuctionality real soon! i hope to show my brand new kitchen off shortly! :)
