Hi Elizabeth and Yammy, I am planning the same. How many days do you plan to do it?
Yammy
02-25-2007, 10:38 PM
I was planning on 7 days, but we're hosting a dinner party on friday. So, 4 1/2 days I suppose. It's my first juice fast so I think it's a good start. How about you?

Hi Yammy and Joyce,
How nice that you all will be fasting too...:D
I am going to do mine as long as I feel like it..but for at least a week..hopefully a lot longer, maybe a month or so. I am just going to pay attention to how I feel.and go from there. Juice fasting frees up a lot of time for me and helps me focus, which I need in the next month or so, since I have so much to do. Also, I have different decisions to make in the next few months and want more clarity as I work through the issues surrounding them.
I had my carrot, apple, ginger this morning..although I did not add enough ginger. I used about 2-2.5 lbs. of carrots.lol...
At the health food store yesterday I asked them to find out the cheapest price I can get for bulk carrots. They are going to look into it and call. I loved when I could get the 25 lb. bags of organic for sometimes under 20 dollars.
Happy Juice fasting to you!!:D

Hi guys! I am glad that you all started your juice fast, because I was hoping for some support! I started today as well. So far I went to boxing in the morning, had a carrot/celery/apple juice (16oz) and got a severe headache, so I just made a frozen fruit blend with water smoothie to keep me going for the day. It is my second juice fast and I know that not breaking day 1 is key for me, so i allow myself as much fluid as I want! I also have some issues to workout and I am going through big changes in my life, so I need some cleansing and clarity as well.
I hope you are all doing great! Keep up the great work!

Hi Joyce, yammy, mdm and RawCutter...:D
I hope that all of you have been having a good day..and are getting a good start on your various fasts. I found this site for juice fasting and thought some of you might be interested in it. It is inspirational..I love reading about other peoples fasting experiences..and all the wonderful things that can happen...
Maybe we can post our favorite links... :-)
this link has lots of info. on what effects various additions to the juices will have, and ideas on minimum amounts of liquid/juice to have each day...

this one is interesting too...with lots to read if you need inspiration

I'm with ya'll. I don't have a juicer so it won't be a juice fast but thankfully I have a smoothie maker and I'm going all out with a green smoothie fast for 7 days...maybe more. I'll be going about it day by day.

Hi everyone! My day was filled with orange/carrot juice and spinach/ginger/celery/pear/cucumber. Looking forward to tomorrow already! Think I will start with a tall glass of celery/lemon. It's strange, but I have been craving it today for some reason or another.
Elizabeth, I wish you luck on juice feasting for a month! I would love to join you. Maybe some day I will be able to muster up the strength! I find it so hard when I am not at home. Do you prepare juice ahead of time to take with you when you're out? Maybe I could do this after all.

Elizabeth, Thank you for the fasting links.
Here is another link:
http://www.freedomyou.com/
It has good articles on water fasting and juice fasting. It is a Christian site. Its bulletin board forum has the following objectives:
1. To develop a growing database of targeted, topical information on fasting and health from a Christ-centered perspective:
2. To provide a safe place for people to come to find support and answers to their questions.
I have found that when I primarily focus on the spiritual (and on health only secondarily) fasting is much easier to do.
Elizabeth
02-28-2007, 12:39 PM
I like the Freedom You site..and find also, that when I focus more on the spiritual aspects, fasting is much easier and more meaningful for me..although I do love the idea (and reality) of physical improvements. :D
I am on my third day...and am having juice and smoothies..mainly juice. I am thinking of limiting myself to one smoothie a day..and the rest juice..hmmmm..I will see. I need to drink more, but my migraine is pretty bad and I do not feel like making things..also, it is not sitting too well on my stomach. I hate to juice and then throw up..it is such a waste..LOL....
well..I need to try to rest... I have an ace bandage I wrap around my head..it helps some, but I look like Frankenstein  ..my kitty just stares...
Yammy
02-28-2007, 04:31 PM
Good job on the juice fast Elizabeth!
I however have a confession to make...I didn't make it through even day 2. I got the migraine headache as well and "had" to eat to be able to work yesterday. I'll try again soon.
Joyce2007
02-28-2007, 11:16 PM
I also have a minor headache most of these three days. I almost feel happy about it. In my previous juice fasts (one of which was one month long), I had little physical discomfort and I wondered if there was any detox going on at all. During my previous fasts I drank mostly fruit juices while in my present one I have lots of juices from watermelon rinds and wheatgrass. I guess fruit juices alone are not strong enough for me to detox.
Elizabeth
03-01-2007, 10:01 AM
Yammy..I am sorry about your headache...:( When ever you feel likie doing it again..let me know.. I will be doing this for a while. I feel like this is the time for me to just freaking do it..and get the headaches over and done with, so I can live and do all of the things I want to...
Joyce..I hope you are feeling better soon..
yes..the headache is a good sign that detox is occurring..and we know it cannot go on forever, now can it..LOL..although sometime it seems like it can..
Hi MorningRuby! Smoothies are great too for cleansing.. I am doing a combo. of juice and smoothies..mostly juice right now ( at least what i am keeping down..lol) The best to you on your smoothie cleanse.. :-)
(Yikes) I just started hiccuping..LOL..and I feel a little nauseous. I think I need a nap..and to wrap my ace bandage aroubd my head..it helps with the migraine for me..
best to you all..and the best to you Yammy on your March challenge..
I know you can do it!!!!
:D
Elizabeth
03-01-2007, 03:26 PM
and my migraine is beginning to let up a bit... My eyes are open lol...and I am only squinting occasionally. I actually will be able to enjoy the fact that tomorrow is payday (yeah!!) and I can get some more fruit and veggies.. :D some days I have not felt that I could make it to the store, no matter how much money I had.
I need to stock up on distilled water, also and organic coffee..lol...and no, I do not drink it..:p
today I had an o.j./banana smoothie, a grapefruit/lemon/o.j. with a tsp. raw honey with propolis, later I will have a bit more grapefruit juice.
I have not been drinking enough. I know that as I go on, I will need to drink more, even if it is just water. oh..and early this a.m. I drank some laci le beau tea which helped with the migraine, I think... I did not have water or coffee for the e's..so I used what I had..lol..
The best to you all who are fasting...drop in and day "Hey!"
;)

03-02-2007, 08:47 AM
Am going to stock up on fruits etc. this morning.. I looked more closely at the "Juice feast" INFO....and do not think I can afford it..and also, do not think I want to drink that much, and that many calories while I am on my cleanse. I am still in for the long haul, but, willl be designing my own as i go..paying attention to how I feel. I may still register on the site for the neat info. I will see...
Best to you all!!!

Elizabeth and everyone else who is still doing your various fast, hope you are all getting along well.
I will be completing my 4 1/2 days of fast in a few hours and will take a break this evening, as planned. But I plan to rejoin you tomorrow morning for another 6 1/2 days.
I had a headache most of the first four days. Today I feel fine so far. In my previous fasts I had next-to-nothing detox symptoms and I used to almost envy others' detox experience. Now I had it and I didn't find it so pleasant.:(
Yammy, many people prepare juices ahead of time to take with them in a themo when out. I usually make juices only once a day and store them in glass jars in the fridge. I add lemon juice to them to help preserve the taste and quality. Well, I know it is not the best but I don't have patience to clean my juicer several times a day. When I go out for a couple of hours I just take one jar along. Actually I read that juice is best when drunk at room-temperature.
Elizabeth, I hope your migraine is better.
Elizabeth
03-03-2007, 05:06 PM
Things are going very well. My migraine is completely gone, and my energy is pretty good, although I have to rest sometime. I have almost manic spurts..lol....and feel like I could jump high bldgs. in a single bound, and all that jazz..lol...then I try..LOL...and collapse...:p and go curl up for a cat nap.
time to head out for a little work.. :-) I hope you all are doing well on your fasts or with whatever else is going on. :D
Elizabeth
03-04-2007, 09:33 AM
and going strong!!
I am sleeping much better, and feeling pretty fabulous. I still need to pay attention to my body, and rest when tired. My kitty is a great teacher in this department. ;)
Today I had hmm..I need to start measuring..
18 oz. papaya,pineapple,grapefruit,lemon juice
the papaya made it thick and "nectary" :) ...yumm...and I could feel the enzymes on my tongue as I drank it. I bought two (the greenest I could find) papaya, because I want the enzymes to help clean out my digestive tract.
I am loving the synergy kombucha drinks! They are my my healthy treat..something to take with instead of a coke..lol...or to have in the evening instead of a drink...;) I even drank the mother..lol...
Joyce2007
03-04-2007, 08:58 PM
Elizabeth, it looks like you are reaping some health benefits of fasting.
Is green papaya juice palatable?
I am doing fine. I just have a minor headache sometimes. I have not yet experienced superhigh energy.

Hi Joyce and MissLinda!!
Joyce, I get the greenest looking papayas I can, because they are higher in papain, but the flesh is still pretty ripe and sweet. I have tried to find a really green papaya to make spicy Thai papaya salad, and have not been able to find one green enough. The flesh always seems pretty ripe to me. I do know, howefver, that they are not completely ripened, because if I let them sit on the counter, they will ripen more, and the riper they get, the less papain remains. In David Wolfe's "Eating for Beauty" he discusses this, I believe...
My energy level fluctuates, but, even when tired, I feel this optimism and lightness that I treasure.
MissLinda,
It is like dwelling in a different world isn't it? I am treasuring today..I do not have to leave home..LOL...so, It really is my own world. I have been thinking of that idea of creating our own realities..even in the most mundane ways, bringing into our home things that are pleasing or that resonate in some positive way, and recycling, letting go of those that do not...
I hope your fast is going well..I will have to drop by your place and see...:)
I know you are probably happily planning your post-fasting meals.. I am looking forward to reading about that, I am sure, transcendental, experience...:D

03-05-2007, 04:40 PM
I was reading recipes on Carmella's site, (so very Good!!!) and got "hungry" for savory flavors and warmth, so I made carrot/red pepper/tomato juice with a little lime added, then blended it with a bit of garlic, some chili powder and hemp oil. It is so good. I drank some, and have the rest in the dehydrator warming it a bit. I feel it warming my tummy... I hope it does not make me hungry for solid food.
I have been doing mainly fruit juices for the last several days, it is not surprising that I want the veggies...Yummm......:D
Joyce2007
03-06-2007, 12:32 PM
MissLinda, Thanks for your goodwill.
Elizabeth, I didn't know green papayas are palatible. I always get the yellowish/orange ones. Maybe I will try a green one someday.
I will try your carrot/red pepper/tomato soup someday too.
I am switching to another fasting program. I plan to have only green juice/vegetable broth during daytime. In the eveing I will have a mostly raw supper. I think this is a program I can stay with more long-term at this point.
This morning I had 7 oz. of wheatgrass juice. I am happy that I didn't throw up. In the past few years several times I tried to have wheatgrass juice and was always overcome with nausea for several hours after taking it. Earlier this week I tried one oz. one morning and felt just fine. I then on another morning tried 4 oz.and was OK. Today I had 7 oz. and I just had a slight feeling of nausea for less than one hour. I think I will scale back the amount a little bit.
How long do you plan to do your fast? I hope to go till the Easter Sunday.
Elizabeth

Hi Joyce,
Your plan sounds good. It is wise to come up with something that you feel is "do-able."
I am planning on going for 92 days...'till May 29th. I was planning on doing the Juice Feast, but have not signed up on the site. I am so stingy..do not want to pay..LOL..I am going to do my own version. Besides, the Juice Feast delivers about 1600 calories....which is way too many for me on this cleanse, plus, it is too expensive for me. I decided on doing the 92 days before I knew how much the "Feasters" drank. I still want to stick to that length though, (it will be over about 3 weeks after the end of my semester) but rather than one single specific fast, I will be doing more an uninterrupted series of fasts.
i.e., I am planning on doing a water fast the end of this month and into April, while I am on Easter break. I may have a period of Master Cleansing..maybe some herbal detox program for a month or so..I will mix it up to keep it interesting and also detox on different levels.
Best to you as you are cleansing!!! :D

Elizabeth, I believe you can have a successful fasting journey without joining an expensive program. There is a vast amount of info out there and you can surely design your series of fasts that suit your purpose best.
92 days. How do you come up with this number? Is it from the Juice Feast program? I am not familiar with it. Is there a particular reason for the length? Anyway, I believe you can succeed on your own. I may even bear you company after the Easter Sunday. I am doing this fast primariy for developing the spiritual discipline of fasting. So surely I can do this indefinitely. Well, I wish both of us a good journey.
Elizabeth
03-07-2007, 06:58 AM
HI Joyce, I had been planning on the "Juice Feast" and decided on the 92 day length, and then looked into it more and decided I wanted to keep the length, but change the fast(s). I am going to get the Blessed Herbal colon cleanse to do over easter break, it should work very well, given that I will have been fasting quite a while already. I will look forward to your joining after easter!! :)
RawCutter, that sounds like a wonderful Birthday present to give yourself..I cannot think of a better way to welcome in the next year of one's life. :D
For me, I know that this fast is helping me see more clearly on many issues. Eating Raw Vegan will certainly seem like a luxurious blessing after I am through with this!! It already does, actually. I have had some mild cravings, but feel as if I have crossed my "Raw Rubicon"..LOL.. I do not want to lose that sense of what is right for my body and the desire to only eat what is actually "food," not merely filler....
:)

Elizabeth, Have you been doing well?
Recently I started to juice the wild greens in my yard. I read that it is very nutritious. The juice is not delicious at all, but it is drinkable with some lemon juice. Anyway, I take it as a vitamin-mineral drink.

HI Joyce... I am sure that is good for you!!
I am doing really well..it has become almost second-nature, although, when I go out and see, smell food, I have some brief mental struggles occasionally..but, for the most part, there is just an awareness that this is what I want and need..and I am just doing it.
I am keeping up with my Blog every day, but cannot always post on the other threads..but I am still here, in for the long haul!! :D
Best to you!!! :)

I'm glad you're all doing well. :) I'm on day 3 of my juice fast...my complexion is looking brighter, the color of my eyes are lightening (WEIRD!!), I have a ton of energy and have been smiling non- stop. I haven't even lost a pound yet though. :( I wonder why that is. I've been drinking way more fruit juice then veggie...it's hard for me to find a good combo and like the veggie blends, but I've been mixing celery and apple or carrot and what have you. I drink the juice when I'm hungry and water in between. Hmmm....any suggestions? I know it's only day 3 and I'm excited about the other benefits but I REALLY wanna see some weight loss too!
Elizabeth
03-12-2007, 08:06 PM
Congratulations on your juice fast!
I think that focusing on the fruit juices rather than veggie juices will usually lead to more weight loss. Also, the more weight one has to lose, the more quickly it is lost, so do not get discouraged.. :) the fasting is so good for you, even if you do not lose a lot of weight right away.
Maybe alternating water fasting one day then juice fasting might kick it into high gear also...
I am sorry I cannot be more help. I am hesitant to suggest things for other people, since I can really only tell what is good for me and my body. I would say just pay attention to how you feel and move lightly, maybe do a detox bath with epson salts and essential oils.. dry skin brushing..stretching..and let your body heal and rest... and the weight will take care of itself..
The best to you!!

Morning Ruby, Welcome to our company. As to your question, I read somewhere that when you drink enough calorie to satisfy your energy needs you don't lose any weight on a juice fast. If weight loss is one of your goals you probably need to focus on "light-weight" vegetable juices. Try the juice of cucumber, celery, or Romaine lettuce mixed with just enough fruit juice and carrot juice to make it palatible. A little lemon juice makes vegetable juice more palatible.
You don't look overweight at all in your photo. Maybe you don't need to lose any weight?
Elizabeth
03-13-2007, 11:07 AM
MissLinda! I could not get that picture out of my mind, of someone (you!! me!!All of us) emailing a catering service while on a fast... It is nice to know we are not alone in this! Thanks for your honesty..I appreciate it so much. The last few days have been bizarre fo me..I have been trolling around on the internet checking, out the food pics and descriptions like it was some kind of gustatory porn!! I think it has passed though..LOL...
It feels crazy and surreal to be living in such a food focused and "eating" country..foood and promises of food, freakin' all over the place!! and out in my car driving, seeing people cramming it into their faces as if their very lives depend on it!! My whole realtionship to food, drink, heck..even my MOUTH!! LOL!!! is changing as I realize the HUGE degree to which popping something into it was a reflexive response.
BTW..I am at about day 14 of my cycle..cravings are par for the course for the next couple of weeks. I am curious to see how it will compare to last month. I can already feel such improvement and increased awareness of certain influences. If I could take time off school and only fast, it would be such a piece of (Raw, of course :-) cake.. but, i know I can do it even though I am in school and working..
I am going to order the Blessed herbal cleanse today or tomorrow, to do over my easter break. By Late May, I will be all clean and shiny and ready to go!
I am finishing up the fruit I have in the house and then am going to do just water for a while..(maybe with 1 kombucha a day also) I am just paying attention to how things feel and adjusting accordingly.
Joyce and MorningRuby..I hope you are doing well today! :D
Have a Beautiful Day!!!!

Well...I don't know Joyce...
I'm 5'7" at 160lbs. I haven't gained any height in a while, only little bits of weight here and there. I was at 154lbs for 3 yrs straight with no fluctuation at all, but my body composition had dramatically changed. My goal is 145 and I'm pretty stubborn.
I've said this before, but I'm going to stop smoking cigarettes as of right now. I was going to say tomorrow but I doubt I'll have another one before tomorrow starts. I wonder if smoking could slow down detox this much, because I really haven't had any physical detox symptoms, only emotional ones. :) Which I am thankful for by the way because I can see clearly now why I have continued doing the same things. Can't change anything until you realize what needs to be changed! So yes, no more cigarettes and I'll keep updating the progress on that too to hold me accountable.
I really am thankful for all of this support guys! It's hard for me to not get discouraged sometimes even though the other benefits I have experienced will keep me at it. :)
I just don't know if I'm doing enough and I want to make sure I am. I keep wondering whether I should go a little farther in either direction...should I just not worry about juicing/ smoothies and eat all raw? Or I should I quit juicing for a while and do a master cleanse? AAAGGHHH!
Love all of your advice by the way!!!!!!!!!!!!
And I hope you all had a wonderful day today!:)

and all is well. ;) I have been seemingly naturally shifting towards water fasting .. and will probably be through my fruits and veggies by Saturday.
I will have juice of 2 grapefruits today, and later in the evening some juiced/blended soup for dinner
then tomorrow I will have apples and carrots juiced..and that should take care of it. Then I will do water and maybe the kombucha drinks for a while, until it feels like a shift is in order. I will be ordering the Blessed colon cleanse kit tonight, to do over the easter break. Alba started a thread for those planning on doing it then. Everyone is welcome!! :D It will be nice having someone else doing the same thing at the same time.. :-)

tomorrow I will have lots of apple..and then start on Sat. with lemon water..and maybe one synergy kombucha every day or so...

Elizabeth
03-16-2007, 10:33 AM
I am not sure what to say..except that I just decided it was time for me. I was so sick last semester after moving here for grad. school. I had migraines and was so depressed. I was eating and drinking horrible things..and could not seem to break the cycle. I had dabbled in macrobiotics, natural hygiene, etc., for years and had been mostly raw for a summer in 2002 before I started back to school , and then, after I started back, my lifestyle and my health gradually deteriorated.
Even further back, in '97, I was in Italy singing for almost a month, and I got a migraine. I will never forget that. I was there with very well-placed coaches/conductors..LOL..and I got a freaking migraine, and could not do my best. I was sick and doped up the night I sang my 13 minute Wagner aria.
All this is to say that I guess I have finally, at age 44, decided that I do not want to lose any more of my life to habits that do not serve me. Also, I have been talking about alt. health and natural living for 15 years, and have lived it off and on, but now, members of my family are facing health issues and my son, who is 23, is setting the stage for the rest of his life, and I want to bring my lived life fully in line with my beliefs, in a sustained and deep way. Living according to one's beliefs and truths is so much more powerful than speaking of them. Also, someone with whom I was very close was diagnosed with breast cancer. She was so embedded in the cooked/allopathic paradigm, she could not follow through on dietary changes etc. she has had a mastectomy and undergone chemo. She already had a compromised immune system, with childhood asthma, allergies etc., hmm... but, no matter what I said, what she read etc., habits of living, habits of thought...so many people will follow them to their deaths. It seems criminal to me, the way death is marketed and foisted on people..and I do not want to be complicit in it.
LOL, you could not tell from this post, but, I find that I am not talking as much lately. I am much more content to do and be. I am not sure if this is what you are asking about, but it is what motivates me...wanting that integrity belief and action..and also becoming more and more aware of how my thoughts and feelings..how I even identify myself, are affected by what I eat. How can I begin to know myself unless I meet the undrugged, junk-food-cooked food free me??
I know that everyone has a unique path to follow, and some people likely do not need to fast, and can heal while eating raw. Fasting for me right now feels good and right. It is freeing me in surprising ways, and helping me find the right direction for my academic work (which will have something to do with the body as a "site of reform") :D and also helping me find clarity concerning some more personal issues.
LOL...I am rambling..
also..I have very specific physical issues, goals. Although, except for the migraines, I have never been diagnosed with anything, I have seen/efelt deterioration that I know is caused by diet and lifestyle and have already begun to see such a reversal!!!! I keep looking in the mirror..LOL.. My skin is improving, and the weight (and accompanying toxin load) is being released. My mood, my whole outlook is changing. I feel a steadily increasing integration of body/mind/spirit. it just goes on and on......
I hope this helps, Joyce...

Thank you Elizabeth for the detailed sharing. It is encouraging. I have been doing (sort of) this fasting with you primarily for developing the spiritual discipline of fasting, since I don't have obvious health issues. Although I having been going along with you, I have minor slips here and there. What you said about integrity is inspiring.

Hi Joyce..and all you fasters....
I wanted to post this here.. there is a more detailed account in my blog. I went off my fast today, and am sorry to give advice..and then eat.. :-) But what I said in my posts about my motivation is still true for me....I still feel it is my time, and am happy for all the progress I have made. I am still going to cleanse , alternating fasting with raw eating ...
i am off to work... with some tears in my eyes..:(

I am on day one of my second fast. I am happy I did not gain any weight..but have other reasons for not wanting to go off a fast in that way again.
It is funny as I walk around in my coat that I felt, berfore the fast, was getting a little small. Now it is getting too big on me, and hanging in folds, where before it was held out straight. Also..the other day someone commented on my height. I am almost 6'2", but when I weigh more, I do not look so tall..lol..but, since I am losing weight, I am getting that long, leaner look back. This woman asked if I played basketball..LOL.. It had been a long time since anyone asked me that. ;) BTW, I did not play basketball much, but was an the all-star softball team.. :-) I think I am going to try to find a volleyball team on which to play, at least casually, this summer. I am good at that. I feel more comfortable in my body already and like to move it more..hehehehe...
Today so far, I had 2.4 oz. wheatgrass juice with distilled water. I am planning on juicing a canteloupe later. focusing on very cleansing juices.
Have a beautiful day!!

I juiced 1/2 of my canteloupe. It made just the right amount, and I will do the other half later. I found this info on the benefits of canteloupe juice on the freedomyou site.
Cantaloupes
Cantaloupes are considered the most nutritious of all fruit. The Center for Science in Public Interest compiled a list of fruits by their nutritional value. Cantaloupes came in first place, followed closely by watermelon, then oranges. Next came strawberries, grapefruit, pineapples, tangerines and peaches. Sauntering in at last place comes the lowly plum.
Cantaloupes are packed with vitamins A and C. Per pound, this fruit has 15,000 I.U. of vitamin A and three times the vitamin C content of apples. It also contains myoinositol, a lipid that helps with anxiety, insomnia and in battling hardening of the arteries. Cantaloupes contain the greatest amount of digestive enzymes. Melons are recommended by the American Cancer Society as powerful agents in the fight against intestinal cancer and the all-too-common skin cancer, melanoma. One average-sized cantaloupe contains approximately 100 calories, yet is dense in nutrients. This makes melons a perfect juice for weight loss.
Melons should be purchased firm, sweet-smelling with a soft navel. During the summer, cantaloupes are cheap. To check for ripeness press firmly against the fruit with your thumb. They should give a little but not be soft.
Melons can look decrepit, but still produce excellent juice. A major part of the cantaloupe’s nutritional value is in the rind. Juicing the rind will give more nutrition but diminish the taste. In juicing cantaloupe with the rind, scrub the skin well with water and an organic cleaner. Slice and juice, seeds and all. When juice fasting, melons are the most convenient source of cheap, nutritious, delicious, refreshing, colorful, revitalizing, energizing juice.
And it tastes so-o-o-o-o yummmy too......:D

Elizabeth, I am glad you are continuing your juice fast.
I had a lot of spinach juice today and was surprised to find it tasting quite OK, almost creamy. This was the first time I tried it.
Thanks for the info. on canteloups. I read that canteloups from Mexico have a lot of pesicides though. You may not want to juice the rinds if your canteloups come from Mexico.

Hey I was wondering if it'd be ok if I posted here too. I'd like a place to keep track of the juice I'm drinking and how I'm feeling that day. Thanks.
