No one is going to get sick of your posts. They haven't gotten sick of mine yet:rolleyes:
It's wonderful you are excited! Take pictures of your creations. It is great that you are doing this. It only gets better and better.

Good for you! I've been wanting to make that - but haven't gotten to it yet. It sounds good !

I think the next time i make it i won't use as much garlic its a little over powering but still very tastey. I also used plastic gloves to mix everything together and i stuck my hands under cool water so that whatever collected on the gloves dripped on the sauce and then the "sauce" wasn't super super thick still tastes good:)

My family and I didn't really like the fettuccini alfredo. It was the first raw recipe I tried and we were dissappointed. I could eat it, but I don't have the desire to make it again.

I think you are right about the garlic though. I would defintiely use less if I made it again.

Tonight I am making the angel hair pasta with marinara and am VERY excited about it, I really hope I'm not dissappointed.

So far (one week) I absolutely LOVE being raw, but have not had any very good recipes yet. This week I have high hopes though! :)

So very happy for you Aenea! I know how it is to try a recipe and get excited about it! :) I also like the flavor of the alfredo...just a little too rich for me if I eat too much of it (which I've done once!) but I was surprised at how good it was when I first tried it.

Sick of your posts? Naw... See, the thing is...

WE LOVE EXCITEMENT AROUND HERE!! :D

Glad you liked the fettucini alfredo. You won't like every recipe you try, but soon after more trial and error you'll start developing a list of raw recipes you love... I'm having great fun trying new recipes too. I've never spent so much time in my kitchen (or my closet as I've been known to call it)... I really need a bigger kitchen!! LOL
