Ok, so i'm about to make everything it tells me to for the first few days... and I have a question. Like the fettucine alfredo for instance, when I prep it do i keep the noodles and the sauce separate until i'm ready to eat it? Or do i mix it up and then its ready to go for tomorrow?

I think you can do it either way. The alfredo is thick, and is watered down by the water content in the zuchs. Keeping them separate may prevent the zuchs from getting soggy, but it seems that it's going to taste amazing any way you do it. :)
