The woman who makes the Kookie Karma raw cookies makes a Oatmeal Cacao Nib Cookie in this video. I dehydrated them for a few hours, and they were so good!

Here's a recipe I posted recently. It's so good. Maybe the link is above, but still here's the recipe from my friend Sharon.

My friend Sharon brought it to our rawluck. It rawks and is delish!!

Oatmeal cookies
2 cups oat groats
3/4 cup dates, chopped
1/2 cup raisins chopped
1/2 cup raw almonds, coarsely chopped
2-3 apples, coarsely grated.

Place oat groats in food processor or coffee bean grinder until fine. In a bowl combine with dates, raisins, almonds, and apple. Mix well. Shape into cookies and dehydrate on mesh dehydrator sheets at 90 degrees until they reach the prefrred texture, about 12 hours. Best if still chewy.
