I do apologise, I only just saw this - of course I'll share :)
I adapted a recipe I found, I think on this site. I used:

~One cup of raw cacao nibs, ground fine beforehand with coffee grinder attachment
~Two tablespoons of coconut oil
~One third of a cup of sultanas (the original recipe uses goji berries)
~Half a cup of brazil nuts (I didn't soak them)
~3 medjool dates (not in original recipe)
~Quarter of a teaspoon of vanilla extract
~Half a teaspoon of food grade orange oil (not in recipe)
~Pinch of sea salt

You put everything into a food processor and mix (s-blade) until it starts to stick together and form a dry-ish paste. Press this into a flat tin or dish to about half an inch thick and refrigerate. The brazils didn't break up completely so there were lovely crunchy pieces throughout the fudge, but not too chunky.

The vanilla essence and orange oil, I'm not 100% sure were raw - they're organic, but I don't know what the extraction methods were so that's a bit of a grey area. If you wanted you could use organic ground vanilla pod, and the orange oil isn't crucial.

Either way, this is actually better than chocolate. Dangerous. I'll just be making this for a treat sometimes methinks.....
