So far I haven't had a lot of luck dehydrating anything palatable. It seems like everything is taking an extraordinary amount of time to dry ( over 24 hours). I have a l'equippe. I am also wondering if the number of trays stacked up matters. Will it dry faster if I have all of them stacked up, regardless of food being on them?
When dehydrating crackers, should I keep dehydrating until they are crispy, or do they crisp up on their after sitting?
Any help would be much appreciated.
