report on coconut vinegar

Well I ordered some and i much prefer it to apple cider vineger!

I got mine through Amazon.com.
Obviously it tasts like vinegar, but doesn't have the bite to it that ACV has, it's what I will be using fron now on!
It's a good size bottle too 750ml (25oz) for $10

Mmmm... coconut... Does it taste anything like coconut? Or is it just like a sour, vinegary-type taste?

I tasted banana vinegar at Whole foods last week-that was interesting and they claim that it has all these health benefits.

This is totally new to me. I've never heard of coconut vinegar. I personally detest apple cider vinegar. I even prefer the taste and smell of wheatgrass juice over it. Can you describe the tast and smell of coconut vinegar?

CO is lighter in color, just a little, than ACV
it has an ever so slight smell of coconut...really smells like vinegar, but you can tell it came from coconuts
I don't find it as sour tasting as ACV, I can take a sip and it goes down fine, doesn't feel as acidy in my stomach...I take a sip of ACV and I react as thought I've bit into a lemon, sour taste.

I might have to order some coconut vinegar as well, because I absolutely cannot stand apple cider vinegar! I'm glad I'm not alone! I thought I was :)
