Tease strangers with raw

Yesterday I went to this massage place that doesn't charge so I brought some of my raw food for the staff and they loved it. Seems like this is my "thank you" when I go there. I brought and got raving reviews of:

spring green salad with an olive oil dressing and pickle left over juice
pasta with marinara
cracker that was calzone that broke

Today may be back and they love sauerkraut so thinking:
sandwich of:
avoc.
tomato
spring green mix or sprouts

I could make a creamy sauce if I had the right nuts too, but will skip that.....

on....the cracker referenced above making it a closed sandwich...hope it doesn't crack in their hand either....now that can be embarrassing or I can make an opened sandwich too....

Oh, saukerkraut as side dish on the plate, but not runny or the crust surely will crack sooner than it gets close to their mouth......

See, anyone can love it if you make it "eye" appealing...of course the taste will bring them back or kick them away.

this is so fun for me too! I LOVE making raw foods for people who have never tried them or heard of them. I just love to see their expressions, learning that raw food isn't just lettuce and carrots. It's really fun.

I'm always letting the ladies in my office sample my food.. so far, most of them like it except my boss who usually doesn't like it... but I think that's because the ladies I work with eat fairly healthy so they have tastebuds that are more in tune with healthy things.. and my boss usually eats fast food and bad stuff. :( I wish I could get her on raw cause she's such an awesome lady and soooo great.... best boss I've ever had.

anyway.. one of the doctors where I work (a nursing home) is really interested in raw foods too and when I get a chance and the money, I'm going to make some cashew cheesecake bites and cover them in a layer of chocolate and bring those to work for everyone to sample....

if they like the regular food I bring, they are going to LOVE the desserts.. even my boss! ;)

UPDATE! HIT!!

The open sandwich was a HIT to the max.

One plate had...
Rich cheddar sauce on the calzone crust, which was more like cracker to me....
.....then sliced mushrooms
then springs of fresh parsley....

Then on other plate my raw saukerkraut from about 5 months ago.

This guy is very direct and he LOvED it. My teaser at work since the massage beds are free to use, for days, weeks, years, and this staff person gets paid, but still......"live is about giving..."

Luna, this could be a cool chance for you to do a raw presentation, maybe even to some of the people in the home! Just a thought. :)
