New to the forum

Hi all! My name is Shayna, I live in Toronto Ontario Canada and I have been 80% raw for the last week or so. As of today, I am going for 90! I have cleaned out the fridge and freezer of all cooked foods, flours, crap etc. I already feel better going 80% and I hope to continue! My ultimate goal is 100, tho I will take my time getting there I think. I also love the fact I have been losing 1lb a day for the last week (not that I have much to lose, I'm 5'2 and 114 lbs!)
I just ordered Alissa's book too, should have it soon! :D
