I know it is not raw but I was wondering is it is "okay" to sip a small cup of miso soup broth, no seaweed or tofu to help me through a fast. I am on day three of a fruit juice fast and i am going CRAZY!!!!

The soy in miso is cooked. But even if it were not, soy is something most of us do not consume due to the negative effects it has on the body. that's okay, day 3 is tough but day 5-7, your body is about 80% toxins :D hang in there, you may want to do a couple of things here......
skin brush every morning
detox bath with epsom salts or the infamous Dr Singha's mustard bath
drink more water
are you straining and dilluting juices? how often are you juicing? do you put a little ginger in the first juice of the day? Yogi tea-their fasting one is great to add vigor the the body. I contacted them and they do not heat their herbs etc.
