I've read on here that if they can make it the SAD way then it can be made using RAW food. I did a search for Bread and/or Rice Pudding on this forum and didn't find anything. Does anyone have a recipe for either of these two desserts?

here is one: Rice Pudding By Diana Durbin

2 cups wild rice
2 1/2 cups cashews or macadamia nuts
1 1/2 cups water
2 1/2 Tablespoon maple syrup or several soaked dates
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Mace or nutmeg and cinnamon to taste

Soak and sprout the wild rice (this will take several days). Soak 1 cup of golden raisins overnight.

Diana writes: Everyone who tried this, really liked it. Enjoy! YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DEHYDRATE IT TILL WARM FOR 1 HR? Joz

i have a tasty and very comfort-foodish recipe for rice pudding, that i savor on a cold winter night or after a x-country ski. . .
i don't really do measurements, just by taste so it's rough, but really very easy to make.

1 jicama, peeled and chopped
Pulse chop until rice like consistency in a food processor with roughly 1/4-1/2 cup nut milk of your choice, (depends how creamy you like it), cinnamon and stevia or raw honey to taste, a pinch of celtic sea salt, and optional raisins and chopped raw almonds, or currants.

this can be warmed briefly to the touch or just enjoyed at room temperature. it keeps in the fridge for a few days, but it never lasts that long!!!

i'm working on a bread pudding recipe as well. . .
