Anybody else have the Hamilton Beach Big Mouth?

My old Black and Decker FP just broke, so I bought the Hamilton Beach Big Mouth, and I LOVE it! You don't have to cut the produce up as much to put it in and it grinds sunflower seeds like a dream. I just made some onion bread batter and it was so easy. The cup is a lot bigger than my old one too, 14 cup capacity. I bought mine at Walmart for just under $60.00, so worth it.:D

Oh, I didn't think about that, it probably is sort of delicate. I'll have to be careful. I tend to be rough on my appliances. That's why I love my Vita Mix. It can take it!

Yep - word to the wise. BE CAREFUL!
It still works fine and it WON'T work without that in place. Safety feature...

Most definitely a safety feature, you could probably stick your whole hand in the shute! I don't even want to think about it.

Wow, that's good to know! My Vita Mix is so old it has the stainless steel pitcher with the spigot at the bottom. It will grind ANYTHING. I guess they don't make 'em like they used to. I love my Hamilton Beach BIg Mouth (guess I already said that in a previous post),I love the big 14 cup capacity and it is so easy to use.
