I have been searching online, and have not had any luck. Maybe someone here can help?
I'd like to find a sample raw daily menu (just as an example to follow) that provides one with plenty of vitamins and nutrients (especially protein). I'd like to find a menu that shows how many grams/mgs of each nutrient that day's menu provides.
