I just got mine in the mail yesterday and am currently enjoying a bowl of oatmeal, but what else can I do with these things?

I saw the two recipes on alissas store site and one of them said something about how salt and coconut oil mixed together resembles a "buttery" taste.. I wonder if I could make something sorta like buttery/cheesy/grits with them? what do you guys think? Not that I'm a huge grit fan, but I want to be creative with the oats and not just use them for oatmeal/oatmeal/oatmeal!

if anyone has any cool recipes with the oats.. please share! thanks!

Rawkinlocs has that pecan cinnamon bun recipe floating around here. It is SOOOOO good!
