I have been mainly using avacado, tomato, and sea salt in my salad. The combo. of the three act like a salad dressing for me. But I am a little bored of this combo and have been thinking of dressings to make. I have a bunch of recipes for them but the few I tried, weren't my favorites. I desire one without nuts and smaller amounts of oil.

Would anybody be willing to post their favorites? You don't need to post the recipe neccessarily, but a name and source would be great!!!!

I squeeze half a grapefruit with some agave nectar onto salads sometimes...it's good with a bit of avo in the salad too.

Also shoyu, lime, ginger, garlic (and honey if you like a sweet and sour taste) mixed up...I add hot peppers but you can leave it out.

Rasberries or strawberries blitzed up with a bit of shoyu are good for a sweeter dressing...sometimes I add hot pepper to the raspberries...

an avo with lemon juice, agave, sun dried tomatoes all blended together

tahini, blended with cuks, lemon or lime, garlic...

sometimes, simple olive oil with sea salt and lime does it for me!

Onions, garlic and/or cilantro helps jazz things up. With an apple, you can have zesty & sweet mixed together. Dash of lemon or apple cider vinegar can help too.

Pears and celery blended up make a very delicious salad dressing. No salt needed, as celery is "the new salt" :D Occasionally I'll add 1 tablespoon of ground up sesame seeds.
