How important is journalling in your raw journey? Is it a big part of you staying raw, or could you stay raw with or without a journal?

Good question. I just started a blog on this website today because I thought it would help me get/stay on track.
Everyone is different but for me I journal what I eat everyday. It helps keep me focused. I have done so for the last 5 months. Also it helps keep me accountable cause I hate to post things that I eat that weren't raw. I also love my journal as I read back over my entries and see how far I have come and how much I have learned. Good luck.

Well I have a journal on another site that I was using when I was "dieting". It helped me see what I was eating, and when I was working out. I liked it. Now thats I'm eating more raw foods I have the healthiest looking journal even if I have something bad. I can hardly wait until I'm full raw which I am gonna do in March, or tomorow if I can do it. So give it a try and see if it works for you, we're all different so it may or may not feel right.
