Tonight i will be having marinated broccoli in orange juice with chopped raw peanuts and marinated mushrooms. Sliced avocado and and red and green peppers on the side.
I can't wait to read about what other people have for dinner:) .

I'm going to have a carrot/apple/ginger salad. I plain to make peels of the carrots, chop up the apples, and finely grate the ginger on top. It's been calling to me (that particular combination) for days now!

Sunshine :D

I made Alissa's broccoli soup. Tastes like there's cheese in it! So creamy and cheesy. Thank you Alissa!

I had Alissa's quick cole slaw, baby carrots andI got these baby sweet peppers from Costco. They are mini bell peppers. Man are they good. I dipped the veggies in guacamole.

trail mix type thing. Drizzle some agave over it and it eat with a spoon.
Oh yeah, I guess I'm the newbie on this forum. I registered a while back but this is my first post.

OOOhhhh... ideas for future nights! I'd love to keep this one going!

My husband made his first raw meal - Alissa's spinach dip.

In his defense, he's sick with a cold and out of it.
Hence: he put the avos in the blender with skins and stems

Once picked out, served with baby carrots and fresh red pepper, it was delightful!

Thanks for the ideas!! Keep em comin!!

Many of us have picky husband and or kids and very little time so all ideas will be welcomed.
After a long day we could all use a break and it nice to help each other out, sharing is caring:) :)

blended together, one beet, an avocado, watercress, lemon juice, water and some nama shoyu. Savory smoothie? Raw soup? whatever you want to call it. It's pretty good though.
