Hi , am from south america 22 years old, and i've always wanted to eat healthier. i eat a lot of fruits but also other stuff like dairy. Lately i've been looking into a raw diet and it really seems the way to go. So am going to try to stick with it.

Wow , that was fast :) , i tried buying the book but the only store that delivers to south america is amazon and they are currently out of them so maybe i'll try again in a few weeks

It's a wonderful, wonderful book. Loaded, I mean super loaded with THE BEST information on raw foods and recipes that are out there...

i've heard its one of the best books out there and i do plan to get it but i'm going to wait a bit so i can get it over here, otherwise i'll just get it next time i travel to the states. thank you :)

i live in Peru right now but am actually moving to the states in a couple of months so i'll get the book then , thanks anyway Free Energy. you are all so nice :)
