Detox?

Has anyone experienced with detox their body having an inability to regulate body temperature? Yesterday I was hot and cold, but not like normal. I would feel VERY hot internally, but I was cool to the touch, then 20 minutes later, I would be VERY cold internally, but hot to the touch. It just kept happening from about 2pm until after I went to bed. I also felt like someone was drilling a hole into the right side of my temple. I'm sure it was detox, but it was weird. It freaked out my husband, but he trusts me and knows I know what I'm doing and that this is what is best for me and my body.

I didn't happen to me, but my husband went thru the same thing two nights ago - after about 5 days raw. He said it felt worse than the flu and couldn't get warm, yet he felt warm. He felt better in the morning.

Same here. I'm fine now. It was just really weird last night. I told my husband the only downside I see to detoxing is sometimes it's hard for me to plan things cause I don't know how I'm going to feel on any given day.

The headache is back. ARGH! I have to get stuff done. Doesn't my silly detoxing body know this?! I will do what I can and be grateful for that.
