Hello,

I have been mostly raw for 29 days now. I decided to go raw because of health issues in my family, diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease.

Since being mostly raw I have ton's of energy. I would love to hear from anyone who could tell me how to mix make sprouted breads. I have Alissa's book but I can't find any of the sprouts to make the breads. I have noticed several benefits MAIN BENEFIT (I CAN NOW HAVE DESSERT WITH EVERY MEAL:D) memory enhancments, clearer vision, tons of energy not to mention weight loss I have lost 23lbs.


Breakfast- fruit
Lunch- fruit and nuts
Dinner - salad
Dessert- fruit

Goal- To make raw a lifestyle change.

Wow! You have lost alot of weight in a short time! Are you trying to prevent getting hereditary illnesses? Or are you trying to get your family with those illnesses eating raw?
