Question for the moderators?

Over on the Main Discussion part of the forum, we're talking about starting a thread for those of us with ample amount of pounds to come off, for support and all. Would that need to go under the Main Discussion, Exercise and Fitness, Health Related, what? Sorry, I just don't want to put it in the wrong place. It's just to encourage those with lots to lose and OH SO MUCH to gain by staying raw.

If your using the Raw and Living food approach, primarily, for the weight loss the the Raw and Living Food Forum seems to be an appropriate place.

If primarily through exercise then put it in that forum

or if use a smorgasborg of appraoaches then consider using the health forum.

:D Just my opinion, but I'm sure a KEEPER OF THE FOREST will be around soon to lead you in the right direction.

lifeAGift- I know that for me right now, it's just the Raw and Living Food approach. Exercise will be coming in for me in a little while, just not yet. As for everyone else, I'm not sure if they are or not.
