Would the extra virgin olive oil from wal-mart be raw??

Make sure it says "cold-pressed" on the bottle. Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil has not been treated with chemicals during the extraction process, but instead, has been extracted using pressure. It is the rawest and healthiest version of olive oil you can buy, and is suitable for salads etc. It's very good for the joints, skin, and also keeps the bowels nicely lubricated.

also the darker the bottle the better, because it lets in less light and allows the oil to keep for longer
